App Purpose & Content Rating
Dear4You India is a lottery result information app. Content rating: PEGI 18 / Everyone (Informational). The app does not facilitate gambling, wagering, or any form of lottery participation. Results shown are for informational purposes only.
Notifications & Permissions
This app may request notification permission to send lottery result alerts. Notification permission is optional. The app requests only necessary permissions as per Google Play's data safety requirements.
Data Safety (Google Play)
As declared in our Google Play Data Safety section: We collect name, phone number, and email for account creation. We use Firebase for auth and data storage. We do not sell personal data. Data is encrypted in transit.
In-App Payments (Play Billing)
Membership plans are available via manual UPI/WhatsApp payment. Google Play Billing is not used for in-app purchases. All payment-related queries should be directed to dear4youindia@gmail.com.
Updates & Versioning
Updates are distributed via Google Play. We recommend keeping auto-update enabled. Major version changes may require renewed consent to updated terms. Continued app use after update indicates acceptance.
Prohibited Activities (Play Policy)
Users must not attempt to circumvent Google Play's security, use automation tools, share accounts, or use the app to spread misinformation about lottery results. Violations will result in account suspension.
Device Compatibility
Requires Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or higher. Optimized for Android 10+. Performance may vary on older devices. Minimum 100 MB free storage recommended.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Indian law. For disputes not resolved through support, users may escalate to our Grievance Officer or approach consumer forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
