DEAR4YOU is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using this app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. This app is strictly an information service — it does not involve any gambling, lottery, or wagering activity.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DEAR4YOU application published by DeepRudra Opc Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Nature of Service

DEAR4YOU is a 100% information service platform providing:

  • Daily result timelines at 1:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 8:00 PM
  • Official notices, circulars, and verified announcements
  • Historical result lookup and analytical insights
  • Opt-in push notifications for result updates

DEAR4YOU does NOT:

  • Sell lottery tickets or any form of tickets
  • Accept bets, wagers, or any monetary stakes
  • Operate or facilitate any gambling, gaming, or lottery activity
  • Guarantee any financial outcomes or results

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using DEAR4YOU, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately at contact@deeprudra.in if you suspect unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access app data
  • Distribute, resell, or commercially exploit app content without written authorization
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or malicious content
  • Attempt to breach or circumvent the App's security systems

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, trademarks, and materials within DEAR4YOU are the exclusive property of DeepRudra Opc Private Limited, protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Information Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, DEAR4YOU cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of results and notices. All information is provided "as-is" for informational purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

DeepRudra Opc Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically West Bengal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
